Reporting Content
To report any unsafe or unlawful content, simply send us an email at jons29340@gmail.com with the subject line “Content Complaint”. Please provide a short description of the content violation, the page URL for which you are reporting the content, and any timestamp or metadata information around the violation (if applicable).
Review and Resolution Process
Upon receipt of your complaint, our team will begin the review process. Each reported instance will be processed to validate its compliance with our legal guidelines. In the event there is evidence of illegal content, it will be removed immediately and the Acquirer(s) will be notified of the event. Appropriate actions will be taken to rectify any valid complaints. All complaints will be reviewed and resolved within 7 business days.
Investigations & Reviews
After completing our investigation, we’ll notify you of the outcome and any actions taken. Whether it’s content removal, user warnings, or other measures, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way.
